Improvements and additions for the counter systems and the Cirklo dashboard.

DESK CLERK CAN NOW CHECK THE BALANCE 💰
To gain insight in the budget that is still available for counter purchases/creations of Cirklo vouchers, we have expanded the dashboard of the counter clerk with a balance overview per voucher type.
This way the counter clerk can indicate in time when the budget becomes/is insufficient to create new vouchers by requesting an additional provision via ops@fairville.be. As soon as our Operations people receive this e-mail, you will be sent an Application for Deposit (=ATS). If this amount is on our waiting account, your counter limit will go up. It is therefore advisable to keep an eye on your balance and notify us in time.
CREATE MULTIPLE VOUCHERS IN ONE ORDER 🛒
The counter clerk can now place several vouchers with different amounts in one shopping basket so that it can be handled as one order.
Example. Suppose a customer comes to the counter and wants 1 voucher of €70 and 3 vouchers of €50, from now on this can be done in one movement. The customer can then also pay the total sum at once.
NEW DESIGN OF EXPENSE REPORT 📊
The expense report that can be generated at a desk sale has been given a TOTAL MAKE-OVER. However, nothing has changed in terms of content. The new layout looks like this:
CHANGE TEMPORARY PASSWORD -> MERCHANT APP 🤳
From now on it is possible (in some circumstances) for merchants to change the temporary password you received from us via support. This concerns the merchant platform of #Cirklo that is used to devalue vouchers www.merchant.cirklo.io
e.g. This is useful for traders who have forgotten their current password and want to log into their account again.
ALTERNATIVE TO SCANNING: ENTER CODE FROM VOUCHER 👆
Don't have a device with a camera? From now on, it will be possible to accept vouchers by filling in a field for a unique code linked to the QR code on your gift voucher. This code consists of numbers & letters and looks like this XX-XXXX-XX-XXXX
ADJUST ADMINISTRATIVE DATA -> COUNTER ✍️
Users of the #Cirklo dashboard can from now on adjust some administrative data (such as: name, address, VAT, ...) of their local government themselves. These data are shown on the expense report when purchasing receipts at the counter. You can modify them via the ADMIN page.
