Long awaited optimisations and additions for the Cirklo dashboard. As well as a sneak peak of a much requested function regarding placing a message on a gift voucher.




REPORTING EXTENDED 📈


Recently the Cirklo dashboard has been extended with a cumulative report and a net report. These reports consist of the sales figures of the Cirklo gift vouchers, as well as the total value of the gift vouchers spent, in circulation or expired.

  • You can use the reports to view information about Cirklo gift cards based on criteria such as sold, spent, in circulation and expired over time.

  • The dashboard displays the data in a nice graph where you can switch between a display in months, weeks and days.

  • Moreover, it is possible to compare historical data on a two-yearly basis.


  • When you generate the reports, the data are always up-to-date.

  • In the report you can filter on the basis of voucher type.

  • If you wish to export the figures to Excel, you can do so by clicking on 'export' and then choosing from the list of voucher types.


In the release that we will be doing in the course of next week, the cumulative and net report will be extended with a #Dealer report where you can consult the sales figures for a specific dealer.



 

MESSAGE FOR HAPPY RECIPIENT 🎁


[SOON] a new release is coming. People who buy a voucher via the BALIE or the WEBSHOP plug-in can put their name and a message on the voucher for the person who will receive it. This way, you always know from whom and for what occasion you received a gift voucher.




Would you like to use it in the future? Please do not hesitate to contact us and together we will look at the space on the voucher(s) where the message can best be placed.
